I was debating going to the gym. I did it in the past. Kinda nice to have a gym all to yourself before the new years crew rolls in. We have a pretty nasty storm here today so I'll be staying home and enjoying a day full of food. Steak tonight!

Today worked out as a planned rest day, but I've ALREADY eaten too much food today and just showed up at my mother in law's house and she's making a feast.

No joke, I bet I eat 7k calories today.

I'm glad I'm working today. I might actually do some cardio after the past two days adventures. Last night, I knew I had a problem when I was eating brown sugar coated bacon by the handful...I'm pretty sure, by the end of the night, I could feel my heartbeat in my eyes.

I'm heading to the gym in a minute. I took two days off and pigged out instead of the planned one.

Chest day. Pre workout shit break right now though. Just thought I'd say thanks to whoever posted the video about flattening your back before bench a long time ago. Seriously saving my shoulders and I can focus on my cheat muscles way better
