So I will be heading out to Ocotillo Wells this weekend or early next week for 3-5 days of dirtplayin'.
I will be bringing the "Trophy Jeep" and obviously a herd of motorcycles, Duh.

Anybody into coming out to play even for a day you are more than welcome to do a pitstop or stay a while.

PM me for more info if ya wanna come out and play. Weather should be epic!

Oh and careful in them rock gardens, I've seen some guys try that like they were in a Jeep or somethin' Haha, I woulda got stuck there too. I hate when my jeep becomes a 4400# Teeter-totter, mainly because Im usually alone and have to get creative to get it out.

Any dirt bikers welcome, I pretty much ride 8 hours a day when Im out there.

I'll be heading out Monday and staying there until Wednesday morning. Probably going to camp somewhere in plaster city or maybe by the mud caves. Going to be with a bunch of buddies from HS I'll leave my radio on weatherman if you need any help while you're out there

Below is procedure for checking the resistor. Mine was bad; however, replacing it did not fix the same problem I had. I narrowed my problem to the wiring at the blower motor connector. The high resistance there partially melted the connector and wire coating. I spliced the wiring and three of the four settings now work. The #3 setting worked a short period. I might need to do a little re-wiring. Don't know what could be causing the high resistance. Blower, maybe. Never considered the fan switch.

New throttle body and idle air control valve are on. Sitting at the smog test station hoping that "Martha" passes smog.

Just failed. They don't do the dyno run where I'm at since its a 2000 or above. All of my sensors weren't working since I got a jump due to a dead battery. I didn't even think that would change anything. Three days ago all my sensors were good per my scanner. SMH

Time to go drive 50 miles to reset everything.
