Yeah but I got the p rated ones, at the time I didn't know they had an xtreme version. I guess the xtreme version has deeper tread & slightly more aggressive tread & side walls. If I remember right BORNWILDGUY has the xtreme.
Mine ride good, not much noise & did pretty good at Citrus when we went back in June even though I didnt go crazy. But still did good in the mud & sugar sand. I still want something more aggressive like trail grapplers or Toyo MT's

 

Sweet, yeah someone on the FB page posted the xtreme at2s and I really love the tread walls and design. I believe anything above 295s for the at2s is the xtreme version. Been looking for an awesome looking aggressive tire and never saw the xtreme at2s until earlier today. I liked the red letters and MTs but I don't really need a mud tire and those xtreme at2s really seem to be a better option and they are a tad bit cheaper too

 

Yeah they're reasonably price & LT's have a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty, p metric have 65,000. I dont know if it matters to you but according to Toyo's site 315/75/16's weigh 72 lbs.
You can see the difference between your pic & mine, like I said its slight but it's noticeable.

 

Alfuh have you seen the Toyo open country R/T?
I haven't seen them in person & dont know cost or performance but they look pretty cool. They're supposed to be a happy medium between a MT & AT.

Edit: never mind, no 16's & only 45,000 mile warranty.

 

Yeah was just about to say lol, that's the reason I stopped looking at em lol...I'm not buying new rims just to get those tires. I'll get the xtreme at2s...those things look badass

 

The xtreme's tread looks a little more spread out compared to my p metric's also. That makes them look more aggressive too.
I like them, just wish I would've known about the xtreme's & maybe I'd be happier with them. I dont necessarily need MT's but thats the look I want, after having MT's for 7 years I've kinda missed them the last couple yrs. Haha

 

Here is a link on the toyo at II's and it also shows which ones come in the xt version. The xt version is a lil more aggressive but you do get a treadwear warranty with them. I went with them simply cause they are a good medium between an at tire and mt tire and also lighter than the mt's to help on the gas mileage.

I think you'll like the at II's extreme's better than the general grabbers you were thinking of getting.

I'm actually really excited about these tires now lol, been lookin for an aggressive looking tire and hadnt found anything or than the toyo MTs or the trail graps...but i dont need a heavy MT tire lol...I know these toyos perform well also with a warranty too!

 

I've seen it here but can't find it. Its a lower valance winch mount made of plate so you can mount a winch and keep your factory bumper. Its not a hidden mount. More like a plate valance

Yes that is it thank you. I have some 1/4 plate from my last bumper I built and am thinking of doing something like it. Don't want to copy it due to if I wanna start making them I don't get into any legal crap

 

Spruce, where did you buy your tires from? 4wps price isn't too bad but I'm not too sure about the whole warranty thing or even getting road hazard coverage

 

Bought mine from a local truck shop. We've known the owner for years & he gives me a small discount.

Yeah was lookin at treaddepot but they are "out of stock" for the 315/75r16s

 

They're $246.99 at 4 wheel parts but it didnt say anything about being the xtremes.

 

I think any of the bigger sizes they are the xtreme variation...i think, I'll figure it all out when I get the money for em

 

Sometimes their site isn't accurate as to their inventory. Just call them and if they are out they will be able to tell you when they do get them.

 

OK, so if I make one who is going to buy it haha. I'm selling my bull bar and am going to make a template of cardboard I hope this weekend. I'm thinking highlift cutouts light tabs and clevis mounts. Ruffstuff specialities has a 20% off until the 1st. One thing I don't know is how big most winches are. First one will go fairly cheap since I'm not established and I wanna get my stuff out. Guys let me know if anyone is interested. This bumper for the s10 was my first ever full FAB job on a bumper so let me know. Its all 1/4 inch and was about 145. With no inner bracing yet due to project being scrapped.


Anyone with a plasma cutter wanna help me out?
