Yeah you will fail if all your sensors aren't checked in. That will reset the computer when the battery dies out. That sucks. Get a battery that holds a charge. When I got my truck I had to go to the smog shop 3 times before I passed.

Had anyone wired in duallys or other aftermarket lights into the factory fog light switch? I'd like to install like that if possible. Not so good with electrical :)

I should have clarified I'm running Tyler's front bumper so no fog lights installed at the moment. Just need to wire up the duallys but want to use the factory switch. I found a thread on here a while ago but can't seem to find it again.

    Odds and Ends

Cut the factory fog light connector off. Turn on the fogs and test the two wires with a meter, test light or your tongue, whatever you got. Solder the hot one to the red and the other to the black. Done.
Led fogs draw less amperage than factory so no need for additional relays or higher rate fuses etc. Just wire em up and yer good to go

Maybe buy the plug adapter to make the lights plug n play.

Looks like you about covered both, haha!

After that check your scanner to make sure your ECU has enough data to test!
Sometimes it can take even more mileage.

Matt, I saw you drive into the complex this morning as I was leaving... Your truck looks like a Baja racer or pre-runner! Very cool... I only saw it from some distance (by mail boxes)...

Don't cut the connector. Get an h11 connector so you can always change them or remove them if you ever go back to stock for any reason. But yes the oem fog switch can handle duallys or d2s

Ya I snipped 1side but I can get the connector for the other aside otheotherside if you think it's worth it.

You can do it either way, but oem connectors are not cheap so snipping ain't cheap to fix if needed
