    Yeah. I always hated that. I know that the paperclip method has been talked about for years, but the damage that they end up doing to terminals is never good. I always say to never use on. Terminals and wire are cheap. You can build a jumper kit in less than 2 minutes that won't damage anything. I guess it is the technician in me that hates jamming things like paperclips into terminals, and seeing people take a multimeter lead and jam it through the insulation of a wire.:eek:

    Help please.

    I did the jumper lead deal, and the indicator flashes the following. 3 blinks on, followed by 2 blinks on.

    I did use the search function to see if anyone has listed the code breakdowns but I didn't find anything.

    BTW, it's an 08'.

    Thanks for the good return of information but we are talking about the airbag light in the tach binnacle. That was what flashed 3,then 2, flashes with the diagnostic jumper in place. No CEL.
