Where did I loose you guys? Everything I wrote is the way it has played out for everyone owning our vehicles. Its all out there for you to search. unless you want to run a drop bracket and mall crawl then the above and below will apply

Castor angle is best googled 'cause its function is fancy, but for the purpose of gaining clearance you would use your alignment cams to swing the tire forward in the wheel well. That brings the whole arc of the tires suspension path forward and away from the firewall. It WILL adversely effect your handling to run out of spec caster. I tried it for a bit though and didnt think it was that bad.

here is some more info on what you would need to hammer. I had 285/75/16 tires prior to going 35". One picture shows how much pounding was needed for 33x11.5 with already a 1" body lift. I did not use the caster adjustments at all however for these pictures so there is more room to be had. p.s its always better to cut and patch the firewall for 35", but I'm lazy lol.

Hahahaha, you didn't loose me and I'm not saying you're not right. If someone doesn't want to cut and hammer for clearance, then yes 32"s are all you can get there. I had a truck with a DB lift (came with truck) and that cleared 35x13.5 toyos with 3"ish BS wheels. With a hammer and a saz-all you can make just about anything fit. It just comes down to how much a person wants to modify.

I don't particularly care about pretty. I build my trucks to function the way I need them too. I say, screw the body, lets get 40"s on there somehow :D

Also, I'm not flexin my internet muscle and trying to pick a fight. I could careless, I'm just saying a little bit of clearancing and elbow grease from Napa can make 35''s look factory clean.

It's cool, I had one on my old truck. It sucked but I still wheeled the piss out of it.

Ya, it's the same as any other tacoma. If you do a lot of street driving, I would suggest a selectable like ARB or Elocker

Doug Thorley headers, urd 7th and Trd Supercharger, bilstein lift, trd locker just installed.
offroad capabilities I just installed 4.56 gears and arb lockers. Need bigger tires now. I have had 32x11.5's and 33x12.5's I am thinking going with 305x70r16's would be perfect. I like 33's just feel 12.5 wide is a bit much in my opinion looks funny.

So you don't want these to stick out to far?
