Well if you wanna sightsee Coronado Island is pretty good, sunset cliffs is great at sunset, the tide pools near sunset cliffs are good also (haven't been to them in years though).

Lil piggys Bar-B-Q on coronado is pretty good food, haven't been there since the beginning of the year but I assume it's still there.

I've always liked the San Diego area and have said on more than one occasion that I would love to live here if it wasn't so damn expensive...

It is really flippin expensive out there, the only thing that's cheaper out there than here is college.

 

Not bad, just pluggin along. We have a good run planned for the 3rd. Bummer you'll be gone by then. Guess we'll just have to do another trail in moab

 

Yep. I plan on being there again this year. Had such a good time it's probably going to become an annual pilgrimage for me. I know a couple other Houston folks are coming with me this year. So hopefully Texas will have a larger footprint.

 

Do you guys have a storefront? I'd love to come and check it out if you do.

 

Excellent news. We're all in this year as well, already rented a house for the week. Not sure what rig we will bring. Working on the 4Runner and have a customer working on prying the keys out of my hands for the taco. Gonna have to sell it when the next model comes out anyway, can't afford two.

 

They have a shop in Poway, really nice place.
I think Tyler's office is a must see.

Actually I would love to see the place. Looking for inspiration for more mods and it's always nice to see what's in the works. Let me know your schedule and when it would be convenient and I'll make it a priority.

We pay for the weather here in San Diego. It's something you just can't buy anywhere else. In one county we have beaches, hills, mountains with pines and snow (a couple days a year), the desert and being next door to Baja isn't bad either! All within a 1-2 hour drive of each other.
