    You have a time limit here as well. But because of the military base and people being from all over the world, the police really don't enforce it.

    I still have my Michigan driver's license too. I think it would look weird with Michigan plates and a Nebraska driver's license but same name for the truck/license.

    You would get a new license, registration, plates, and have to update your insurance. Its 90days in Maryland....i believe military personel are exempt here as well

    that's pretty typical I think...you get a lot less time here in SC...

    And should something happen, with the way insurance companies already fight paying out...could cause a problem

    Add in that if you end up getting in a wreck or something and you get a ticket or have to provide a mailing address to LE, and you provide a local one they will prob start asking questions. Then tack on a failure to register ticket or the like

    I don't know that its possible to do so. I think thats only for calls that it shows the persons picture on your lock screen

    When I got rear ended the police officer saw my Michigan license and Michigan plates but didn't say anything when I gave him my Nebraska address. I guess every officer is different :notsure:

    I'm not too worried about it though, my truck is 100% registered, and insured so it's legal. It has to be updated by my birthday though :(
