x2. I usually take Saturday and Sunday to eat whatever I want on bulks. Yesterday, I ate a double bacon cheeseburger for lunch and pepperoni pizza for dinner :D

I hope it's stronger than the original stuff. I hate that crap.

In other news, guess what today is?!

The fiancee and I went to Gander Mtn yesterday and there was a dude in there and, as soon as I saw him, I whispered to her, well, I'm no longer the biggest dude in the store. Then I saw his lower body. My fiancee said he looked like a lollipop. This dude probably had 20" arms, was 1.5 times as wide as me and his legs looked like little strings hanging from his shorts. I just don't get it...

I'm glad my last day working at the gym is Jan 5 lol. I'll be coming in to workout at around 5-6 am, so I'm sure there won't be many folks here. Right now, we only have 7-8 people in here around then. I've always hated Jan-Mar because all the resolutioners come out of the wood work and are going to "change their life" and 90% of them quit before April

Exactly! I don't really notice them that much though. I go at 300 before work and when I leave at 430-445 people start piling in but after a month half of them stop coming and by March they pretty much all stop coming. Although, it is funny to watch the things they do.

haha yeah, they bring some entertaining workouts with them, that's for sure. My favorite time to workout is around 2-3, as well...there's not a soul in here then.

My favorite time is whenever..at my house. As long as I don't wake the wife up I can play the radio and yell at myself all I want.

Finally got a routine set up with my trainer, every other day we do full body workouts, and I'm supposed to do cardio everyday.
Currently I'm biking, and walking with jogging and running mixed in for cardio, anything else I could do for cardio? I don't have a gym membership and don't plan on getting one.

Buy a cheap treadmill..you can find them on Craigslist all the time. I don't and can't go to a gym with my schedule, but knowing it is right in the next room of my house makes me do it every night.

I can get a treadmill for really cheap from my trainer, but I don't have a place for it, I live in a 1,200 sq ft house that's up on stilts and under the house isn't wearherproof.

It's funny, I'm the opposite. Over the years, I've belonged to several gyms. Every couple of years, I quit and say I'm going to work out at home due to my lack of time. I always end up gaining 20 lbs and going back to the gym. When at home, I don't have the discipline to do it. Once I get in the car and go to the gym, I'm a lot more dedicated.

Getting in the car is the hardest part, once you get in and start driving it would be such a waste to turn around. Once I'm in the car I'm committed

About the size of my house, and I make it work. Granted there's just 2 of us though so I do have a true extra room. They fold up easy enough when not in use.

2-4 nights during the week (depending on the time of year and such) I don't get free time till about 10pm or later. Not a single gym near me is open that late..mainly my part time job is why.

Maybe I'm wrong b/'c I never did a gym, but to me discipine is discipline in general. Of course home or gym each have their own differences too..some nights I have to force myself to get off my ass.

Fuck you planet fitness.. Show the dude my gym card, he asks for my name I tell him, then he asks me for ID. "Its in my truck, I've never had to show it before tho?" Him, "well how the hell are we supposed to know who you are?" Me, "I was simply stating I've never had to show it before.." Him, "well I'm telling you you need it now"

Since when is my gym card not good enough

Wow, Retro doesn't even look at you when you scan your card. And I'm always bouncing between locations, so I don't think any of them really remember me.
