Just spent a week in LA surfing with my cousin. The weather was awesome. Board shorts all day every day.

Just got back to this shit.

I know, I have been in it all freaking day.

Drove back from Bismark late last night through a blizzard on I 94. Finally cleared up about 20 miles north once I got on 85 past Dickinson.

That was fun, dodging oil tankers in damn near white out conditions for 3 hours

    Good times there.

I do not envy you, almost everyone on 85 is a dipshit, especially in a blizzard.

I know right...waiting for the UPS guy to gather up all your boxes and bring them to your front door is like watching the sun set for hours. :D

    Damn that looks good Dennis!
My wife decided today that were going to do a week of paleo eating. No carbs, no sugars, no dairy, etc. Basically all meats veggies and fruits. Meal tonight, sorry forgot to take a pic but was unbelievable!
Lemon Herb Roasted Salmon with balsamic braised Bok Choy.
She's got all our meals planned out online as well as a shopping list. I hope they're all as good as this one!:)

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
I will tell you, paleo works better than anything I tried. However, if it gets boring, do not start trying to replace the things you miss with paleo friendly recipes. Made that mistake. Started gaining again.

We ate like this over the summer, probably the best I felt in the last few years. We got off track once school started back up and the kids were going every which direction. Trying now to get back into it. I know what you mean though, trying to make a mayo substitute out of coconut milk plus whatever, not so good:puke:
I must admit every meal we made was phenomenal in flavor! Probably the best eating I've done in years!:D
