Smashed legs today. I was just in the mood to get shit done. Felt great. Caught some old lady eyeballin me during lunges. Not sure how I feel about that haha.

Then I came home to find out my dad had a 7lb pork butt smokin all night. :hungry: I feel like I am about to pop.

All I want for Christmas is your fucking arms. I hate you. I can't get past 16"

this...If I'm not in the mood to lift (which is rare), I just take 2 scoops of my pre-workout and then it's like, "well fuck, I've got to do something now." I love the feeling I get when lifting...it's like cumming. It's fantastic.

I did legs today, as well. I've been busy as hell today, so I had to squeeze my workout in at like 6 pm, which is peak hours at our gym...luckily for me, only the chest brahs were here, so I had the squat rack all to myself

Gym time. I can't go between 6pm and 10pm because it's a clusterfuck at my gym. Every bro in town comes in with their 5 buddies and chat while only one of them does something resembling a lift.

And they take over what ever it is they're doing. Can't work through them because they're assholes about it?

I just unload their shit onto the racks, do my stuff and move on. But there's always chatter.

those are the same bro's who never do legs. We've got 2-3 groups of them at my gym and they're all grade-a d-bags.

I tried some new shit today. I basically supersetted squats. I didn't do much weight, but I would do pause squats ATG 185 x 8, then took the 25s off and immeadiately did 135x8 front squats. I repeated this 5 times and fuck my legs are already hurting.

Ive been doing a reset on my squats to where I went back down to low weight and made absolutely sure I go ATG, then started building weight back up. So far no knee problems. Maybe I can build up some additional stabilizer muscle strength and avoid future knee issues. So if any other gym bros on here have knee troubles, taking a temporary ego punch might help in the long run.

PS Zach I'm UGAs biggest fan tonight

I hope. Given the way they've played this year and the way Louisville almost manhandled FSU, I'll be surprised if Georgia wins. Not to mention our offensive coordinator is gone, too.

Where's Derek? I'm sure he's got an opinion on this matter

I'm still not totally convinced he's not a robot :spy:

Sounds like you're doing drop sets. Great way to get a good burn

I've always got an opinion. John Lilly is callin plays, basically interviewing for the OC position. Grantham has Louisville at 3rd in the nation in rush defense. If Chubb can get 120+ yards, I think we win. Louisville's D allows like 2.4 YPC...chubb averages 6.9. If it's up to Mason to win the game, we lose.

Agreed. It also sucks that Isaiah McKenzie is out, too. At least we've still got Chubbatron

Anyone use wireless/bluetooth ear buds when lifting? I'm tired of always re-adjusting the chord on mine when I run it under my shirt. It either gets snagged in my shirt and the ear buds get pulled out or I run the chord outside of my shirt and the chord gets caught on everything. I have a pair of Beatz ear buds but the rubber piece doesn't fit right so I constantly have to keep pushing the ear buds back in. I use skull candy now and no problems at all outside of the chord. Just curious if any one has the same struggles as me, lol

LG wireless earbuds. I got some 2 weeks ago and will never go back to wired. I've done decline bench, squats, and dl's in them with no problems.

When I see folks with Beats, I automatically assume they're retarded; they're the Starbucks of the audio world...no offense to you though. I just hope you didn't go out and buy them :spy:

Just seem kind of bulky, but if they work I may look into them

I'll look into them. I checked best buy yesterday and I guess they haven't restocked since the holidays.

Got the ear buds on eBay for $55 a few years back. The sound is great, they just don't stay in my ear. Never been a fan of the over the ear style, those just seem to always get in the way
