Bumpiddty bump. Who else is down for this muddy, rocky and good time shit show.
Time for some peeps to put all that hard earned armor and mods to the test.
This is what you bought all this stuff for, time to put it to use.
The big curbs outside of Macy's ain't all they are cracked up to be, let's do this shit for real.

*disclaimer- had a few, pretty pumped bout this run.

There is mixed info on whether a pass is required in the ohv area. The area is Cleveland natl forest so one would assume it is required.
Unfortunately it's a govt website so information is a mess and the direct phone number to the local forest office is disconnected. (Your tax dollars hard at work)
They require these passes but make it nearly impossible to locate them.
Last I checked sports chalet and big 5 carried them and the passes cover all Southern California natl. forests

I have a couple day passes I always keep with me.

Wouldn't be surprised if there was still slush/ice on the ground on Saturday. After the amount of snow we're getting here at 1200ft tonight, I can only imagine what it's like down there at 3900ft right now.

I'm 100% in though. Good chance one of the guys from work is bringing down his JK too. So play nice...Either way, will make for an interesting day to say the least. :D

When we did a Corral Canyon run in 2010 or 11 (?) nobody mentioned about getting a pass (my first time there) and nobody inside the OHV area asked to see one...

I've never been hassled there either. Even when camped Rangers have never asked for a pass.
