    yeah sucks but both my girls are ok the 4 runner will most likely get repaired (DAMN IT). kinda wondering why the bag didnt deploy. glad it didnt or she may be worse off.

    Now the fun starts going to have toyota repair it with oem parts and im going after value loss since she hasn't even had her first oil change yet. looks like the core support has been pushed in and she was leaking fluid of some sort maybe coolant but not sure.

    Spruce I talked to our agent and she said I would go after his insurance for the diminished value.

    Thanks guys it does suck but it will get fixed since I can't really see any serious damage other then core support and panels

    Yeah you go after his insurance but from what I understand FL doesn't have or recognize diminished value. They only have to pay out what his property damage covers. That's how it was explained to me.

    Well progressive will only cover 10k so I have to claim it on mine. The whole value thing is what my agent was telling me so I'm not sure.

    They are going to have the appraiser look at it tomorrow. Just picked up our rental. A 13 impala

    It was the same thing when I got hit. The woman only had 10k property damage, luckily my repairs were just over 9k & they cut me a check for the rest of the 10k.
