    It's for mounting rotopax stuff to your spare (not under the truck)

    I don't know what brand it is. There are no markings on it but it looks exactly like the one in the link except that it's black.

    I may have a rotopax first-aid pack (empty) and a mount for it as well.

    It's too damn cold to mess with laying it out and getting pictures and crap.

    New the holder is $170
    emergency pack is $50
    mount is $30

    Did you look at the link? It's two plates to mount rotopax on that strap around your spare with some big ol gorilla ratchet strap.
