    -It burns cleaner so you don't get the carbon build up like regular fuels
    -It runs cooler so you have lower engine temps, more stability to prevent knock, and it allows for more boost pressure
    -Cheaper than the higher octane fuels

    Hard not to like those benefits. :notsure:

    With regular fuel or E85, I think the engine setup will be the same. Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors, LCE forged rods/pistons with 10:1 stock compression ratio.

    Really the only other thing I can't decide on is what ECU to get. I don't know if the choice will be be dependent on the fuel type or not. Or if there's a flex fuel option available. From what little I've read, there seems to be a metric shit-ton of options out there and this is yet more unfamiliar territory I'm getting myself into. :anonymous:

    If your worried about carbon buildup and engine temps, why not go with the cheap clean burning fuel known as propane, which is also readily available almost anywhere

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
    Get a full stand alone. You'll have to get it tuned professionally probably to unlock the full potential. But they can set you up with two fuel maps. One for regular and one for e85. Because again...e85 isn't that popular out west. You can find it in a lot of places for it in the mid west. But not out here..

    1000cc injectors, plus boost, plus any possible changes in camshaft grind = 2 things... Definite standalone ECU, and shitty idling characteristics, which = not really ideal for offroad unless you're blasting through mud pits... Trying to maintain every last bit of control when in a possible hairy rock crawling situation ? Yeah, have fun with that.... That' why I asked
