I thought that too, but they're pretty lightweight. You forget they're there

At least you didn't get the big, bulky ones. People look like idiots in those

I love my wireless LG. Range is great, sound is good enough for me, and just put it under my collar and completely forget they're there. I wear them every day.

    Hilarious..

I hate ear buds of any kind..I only use headphones at my desk job though so that's different. The bonus to my large Skullcandy headphones is even if I ain't listening to anything, I still wear them. Drowns out most of the chit-chat and people just leave me the hell alone anyways hahah

Took a week off the gym and yesterday I deadlifted 395 x 5. Good form too. Much better than any form I had last time I pulled 400! :woot:

Does anyone wear the gym shorts with the little underwear lining in them? Whenever I get new shorts, they always have the lining in there and I always cut it out b/c it always makes my boxers ride up and shit. Well this morning, I didn't have time to cut the lining out before putting my new shorts on, so I just went commando in them and I'm assuming that's how you're supposed to wear them b/c it feels amazing. I feel naked

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, this is the basic concept, although my shorts aren't this short lol:

Think I'm gonna try the Kris Gethin 12 week muscle building routine. Planned to start my cut in March, but that will push it back to April. Don't think that'll be a problem. First day is legs, and I just happen to be ready to do legs today, so that worked well. Send out the old year in style with legs!

I lost 14 lbs in 2 months last cut...and it's not like I need to lose a ton, anyway. It's REALLY easy for me to lose weight. A lot harder to gain.

I always cut them out and wear spandex. Things build up momentum "down there" and become highly noticeable with every step.

Learned that one on the treadmill a year or so ago when I was out of spandex :anonymous:

I just wear my jean shorts, but no worries about aesthetics at home. Above the knee finally since I lost some of the gut and can pull them up

Walmarts stuff is not bad if you need some cheap stuff. 7$ +/- a dollar each iirc.

There is a noticeable difference between walmart stuff and my nike stuff, but the price difference makes up for it.

Need to get some measurements before I start this 12 week thing and see if I actually gain any mass.
