    Yup! I'm pretty excited. Built in wine rack is a nice touch too. Not the best placement, but it'll get used haha the fiancé and I tend to drink a lot of wine. it's a small 1br/1ba (760s.f.) but it's laid out really well. Have a balcony and in unit laundry too.
