    Ryan or anyone that has had snow adventures, have you had issues with having abs?
    in my adventures i have never had any issues. I always turn the traction controls off but thats nothing with abs. And im fine. :rolleyes:
    woundering if i should abs mod? :confused:

    I would do the abs kill switch to be safe. came in handy a few times already. especially in the snow.

    ABS kill is handy even without snow. I disable my abs evertime i offroad and its a world of difference. Well worth the time imo
    Ill hit you up next time we go. Maybe this weekend well see

    i saw the post. This is why i quest. Doing the mod. It says he was not going fast. But at the same time i have been in the same situations in a 2wd truck no cains and again no issues. So again lead me to ask the question. In the dirt ive wanted to do the mod because the abs sucks for it. But i live in socal and how often and how little it snows here. But the dirt on the other hand i vist often

    Ask proforce about a night time high speed turn on a Big bear fire road when I forgot to turn of my ABS....all I remember is a high pitched squeel from the passenger seat as we approached the edge of a very dark cliff.

    I turn on my locker anytime i'm offroad. That by itself disables everything so no need for a separate switch in my case.

    Nope just turn it on with the stock toyota locker switch. I'm 2WD Offroad edition not sure how much a difference that makes from the 4WD trucks. Someone will chime in soon though.
