Great! I'm hoping to get mine as well. I'm wondering what the re-design looks like. Haven't seen any pics yet...

    X2...:D

Still gotta make some bends in these bad boys to fit the light bar. The angle isn't optimized for a good fit. Time to slap'em in the vice and do some bending...:D

Nice! That might help with the "wiggle" as well with a little more stiffness in there.

Yeah.. I didn't bend mine. I just started one side.. and let the bolts pull the brackets in close towards the bar

Actually, bend it on a vice and it looks better. I still think it's gonna wiggle though cause the thickness on the arm is still the same. I can deal with that though as long as it doesn't fracture...:D

Yeah might try that at work next week. Any idea how much to bend em? and yeah same here. The "wiggle" doesn't really affect the light performance. Can't tell it's shaking. Although.. I still wonder if that wiggle is a partial factor in the cracking.

You can look at my close ups on my build page and see the bends. Really just bending the tips slightly inward. Yeah...I'm sure the vibes caused the cracks. Well see how this one holds up :)
