Its not far off from stock but slightly over geared. n0rth said his Speedo was pretty much dead on with 4.88's and his 36" tsl's.

especk or something? They are nicer in 4low for crawling. 1st gear has a nice creep to it.

It's not new, it's not Mexico
I was driving home from work this evening & saw a regular cab Prerunner SR-5! I've seen lots of 4 X 4 regular cabs but this was the first Prerunner. I don't know what year it was, he was ahead of me the whole time. This was on NM 47 in Bosque Farms NM.

My dad and I both have reg cab Sr5s, I've only ever saw 2 others. I think 2009 was the last year for them.

I debated doing the conversion for awhile. Just wasn't worth it. If we did the conversion, would we have to buy bumpers made for the 12' and up?

Meh. I could modify an '11 bumper to work for a '12 and vice versa. So its a mute point for me but for you, I guess lol

I'm not gonna do it but always wondered. I saw a few of the guys that are only into aesthetics do it and was curious if they would have to buy a new bumper. I thought they changed the how the bumper mounts and that was the issue?

I thought it was just the little triangles in the grille was the only difference.

I just wanna do it cause I like the 2012+ head lights :anonymous:

Yea the new headlights look like the same ones on the new tundras, evo10's, new subies, new Colorado's, etc. Etc.

Hate how all the automakers are doing the exact same "aggressive" headlights

All look exactly the same. Why the obsession with looking mad? My taco should be happy damnit...

Pretty sure the fenders are different too, and if you compare the old bumpers with the newer style the grill wouldn't line up with the bumper.
