She was chatting with her friernds and not paying attention. Not sure how she didnt see a stopped truck ahead of her.

Ebay, cars.com. when posting it on CL post on surrounding cities like Austin and Dallas.

I asked and she said no, she said she was talkimg to her friends in her car. Judging from the condition of her car and the fact that her dad asked to pay cash instead of going through insurance this isn't her first rodeo lol

 

Take it to a nissan dealer and get a quote, give him the quote. At least get a police report

I dont trust people that say they will pay for it. The last guy that hit my truck said the same thing. But when I gave him a quote. He said he don't have that kind of money! Wtf so i called his insurance and made a claim

 

When I got out the first thing she said was "Sorry, looks like your truck is OK though, sorry sorry sorry"
Then after asking her if she and her passengers were OK and she said yes, she again said "looks like you have no damage"
I said my bumper is pushed in and bent to the bedside as well as my hitch looks bent and immediately took pics of the damage, her plate, her face, her insurance card, and called Pearland PD. We cleared the road and an officer was there in 10 minutes. He cited her for failure to maintain control of her vehicle or something like that. That's when her dad asked to pay for the damages out of pocket. He was on his way from Katy. I declined to wait to meet him but she gave me his contact information.

 

Was she at least good looking? Lol

 

I just now realized i’m in the Houston BS thread I did not notice this before i posted my other post. (and no i don’t know what thread i though i was in, no i’m not drunk or high)
