Chiro is the shit. My wife has 2 degenerating discs in her back and has been using a chiro 10 years now. Went from missing 2 weeks a year of work to 3 days in 10 years with it. I had a pinched nerve in my neck a few years back and that was agony..6-7 times with him and it was like it never happened.

I was nervous about it but mine is not the grab and twist type, very careful

Whey protein is fast acting so your body metabolizes in 45 min to an hour and casein protein is a slow Metabolizing protein and takes a few hours to break down. So whey protein right after working out and casein protein before bed. But from what sack as sean say the only difference between the 2 is a fat source. And whey is cheaper then casein so I know zach eats whey before bed with a cheese stick

QFT...but casein has no more fat than whey, but simply adding a fat source to any protein will make it disgest slower, so it mimics what casein does. If you don't wanna pay extra for casein, simply eat a fat and protein source before bed. Ex: peanut butter and whey, steak, pork chops, etc. my favorite is Greek yogurt and a cheese stick or a handful of pepperoni

Excellent, much appreciated. As my workouts are done late at night I figure the whey is good enough since I would be hitting it before bed anyway..

Honestly, a standard whey protein will be the same as an isolate is...only difference is, isolate is better for those lactose intolerant.

As far as the absorption rate- that is false. You don't need it right after a workout. You more than likely still have aminos in ur blood stream from ur previous meals.

U mean to tell me the anabolic window is a lie? But protein powder companies say different

Speaking of aminos, I'm beginning my cut in a few weeks and am thinking about trying out some Xtend. I've got a tub of unflavored ON BCAA's left over from my last cut that I drank intra-workout, but that shit is just too nasty. Plus, Xtend just has so many good reviews out there. I'm still not fully convinced on the need for BCAA's intra-workout on a cut, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, especially if I'm training first thing in the morning, so I'll likely be in a fasted state.

Not worth the extra $$$ for me. I thought the only difference between concentrate and isolate was that isolate has a lower fat-to-protein ratio, making it more "pure", but with lower calories per serving, since protein is 4g/cal and fat is 9g/cal. I thought isolate was just for folks with lactose issues. I've heard a lot of pro's dismiss isolate, saying they can't tell a difference between the two.
