Thats the one nice thing about being a tech with access to an alignment machine. you can put the dealer in there place with just a little bit of your time. We have a new hunter machine at my dealer

Technical Service Bulletin........technical advice for dealers about known repair issues that are not recall issues.

I don't think they advertise TSBs. Most of them are done without customers even knowing or being charged.

Example: I had a Subaru that had a whirring sound when I brought it in for its 100,000 mile checkup. There was a TSB on the timing cover and they replaced it. I didn't even know. When I asked him why it sounded so much quieter (I thought a turbo-boxer engine sounded like that), he said, "There was a little known problem that we took care of for you. Don't worry, Subaru paid for it." :D

I looked it up later to find that it was a TSB...

you may never find them, as they are not published for the public...but you never know....One thing to remember, TSB's are not necessarily warranty repairs. If your vehicle is within its warranty period, the TSB may be performed on your vehicle at no charge to you, if your vehicle is experiencing the problem described in the TSB, or may be performed regardless, depending on the instructions from the automaker (usually they are only done of the customer complains of said condition)......but good luck finding them!
