    This is the first time for the piercing pils and sweet baby Jesus for me. All the others are some of my favorites. Dogfish Head Burton Baton is phenomenal.

    Going for a Ninkasi Sleighr tonight. I was sorta so-so on it the first time I tried it, but I've had to try a few different beers at least twice to really get a good opinion on them.

    I'm not a porter guy by any means (trying to start expanding my horizons though) and it is very good. The best was I can describe it is liquid Reese's cups, or peanut butter fudge mixed with the milk left over from cocoa puffs. Not very thick at all, wasn't very filling.. Actually less so than a lot of IPAs I've had. Finish lingers but it's very suttle. Doesn't make your mouth taste bad. Comes on strong and quick right off the bat.


    Hop drop and roll is awesome. Haven't had jam session though.. I take it you're local to CLT? My fiancé lives in South End right between Triple C and Old Meck. :thumbsup: lots of good beer around there.


    :cheers: BS is pretty rad. I tried it for the first time about a month ago thanks to recommendations from Boone, and have since gone through two 6-packs.

    I will have to try that stout, i had a horchata stout recently that was super good.

    I have! Also very good. I don't remember having it on the anza trip, but I kinda remember seeing a big bottle that might've been the quart in your fridge. :notsure:

    Just the imperial stout, right? I had that like a week ago. I wasn't so sure that I really liked stouts until I had that one. So good!

    I had Krieky Merlin today. Its a tart cherry version of Firestones Velvet Merlin and was fantastic, and im usually never a fan of tart or sour beers.
