    Note: (1) If PA20-TOY conflicts with CD changer or can not be recognized by
    radio, turn ACC (ignition) power ON and OFF 6 times within 15
    seconds to complete the re-configuration of PA20-TOY.

    Sorry but does the connection your referencing use the AUX jack? I'm not familiar with the setup... I wouldn't think it does.

    I ask because my AUX jack is screwed up in my truck, I went through a few different cables before I realized it was the jack. If I fiddle with the connection enough I can get the radio to switch to AUX when pushed, otherwise is doesn't recognize it.

    Yeah , I have the manual , mine is the PA-15 and has been working properly for 3 years but I'm leaning towards a DIP switch being bumped out of place as probable

    No , doesn't use the factory AUX jack , the USA Spec plugs directly into the back of the stock radio

    Different ipod has the same results , defaults to the TOYOTA screen and shows it is charging , radio won't recognize it

    try a different cable. Had the same issue with the one in my car, and it was the cable.

    I guess that sounds about right. Took my 15 mins, so........with the :blahblah: conversion factor added.......that would be about 5 hours.
