Just put it on leafs. The only way that i would consider radius arms is if it was built from scratch and wristed... Then you are in 3link land for time and $$$ anyway.

Rear axle swapped, 1ton 14bolt ff, custom machined 6lug hubs n rotors, balistic shave, arb locker, Yukon 4.56 sitting on chev 63's w/ balistic frenched hangers and 14" bilsteins have to mount. Going to Endura epoxy the frame and axle, mount calipers, make bigger shackle, and setup carrier and she'll be running again.

This was a pretty easy swap, drive shaft just needs a new u joint, axle width fits nicely on the truck and the springs are super soft but hold weight pretty well. Very happy with it. Sitting at 11" ground clearence on 35's. I'll be on 37's soon.

I'm heading to Cali for KOH and will most likley be picking up a 3 link kit from Wyatt to finish it off.

Is this the first 14b swapped into a Tacoma?

They don't make a 14 bolt front right? So that involves converting a 14 bolt rear so that it can steer or does somebody sell them already converted now? haha

Exactly, thats the real challenge haha. I'm not sure if anyone sells a conversion made up yet... But you can have currie retube the center section of a 14b and weld on the inner Cs if you want... Or of course, do it yourself. I'm not sure if i'd trust myself to make it straight though

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
Wide open designs will build you a steering 14 bolt. Cost more then a currie rockjock 60 and they dont even shave the pumpkin.

Finally got to go play in the mountains. didn't have my air bumps charged. Even with the shitty frozen drifts that where 12" deep on a 8-10% grade the truck wouldn't stop moving just kept going and going. Ruts that I used to avoid id just drop into and keep driving.

his KM2's are basically bald and he lost a bead so we fixed him drove all the way up to the top where you start to drop in and then after seeing Rocky was having no fun turned around. I've been up there years before with the same conditions and never made it as for as we did. I broke trail most of the way. So judging for what I experienced to the top id say im sure we would have made it. I even had chains for the back tires.

dude today we were trying to break trail on this ridge through huge snow drifts, and the snow plow we were using was an LS3 swapped JK on 38s. They even got stuck and couldnt get through the second snow drift, so we had to turn around and find another way down lol.

Yup def doable. Extreme 4x4 did afew episodes on it. It's the custom axle shafts that are really expensive, can use d60 outers and a retube isn't too much. The balistic shave gives soo much clearence I was seriously considering buying another one for the front. I'm with thekernel's idea thinking super duty axle, pretty beef housing and knuckles, 9.75" ring gear and they can be found pretty cheap

I have found one SD axle and it was for $1500 lol... People around here are dumb. I haven't checked the junk yards yet, which is probably best to do.
