I hadn't thought about the winch controller. Mine's in the toolbox, where it takes a beating. Guess I have another section of foam to pull out tomorrow.

Now to find out if one of my cousins has a drill and some bits. If not I'll have to do it the crackhead way and melt holes through the box. :D

You know where I could get black hardware or replacement hardware, of course I lost one of the bolts for the fairing when I was taking it off to remove my RTT

Installed the Plano case on the rack this morning. It's nice to have the recovery gear all in one spot and out of the way.

Guys, What strategy did you use to line up the holes you created in the drip molding (Toyota calls it ditch molding) with the OEM holes in the cab of the truck? I have a nice new, sharp punch kit at the ready, but haven't come up with a plan yet.

What other weather-proofing have you done over the cab?

in stock except powder coating. I will be a bit slower this week because I am way behind due to some supplier issues over the holidays. Got lots of orders to get out this week. That being said you could expect a rack shipped in about 5-7 business days.

Whats the easiest/best way to install the racks?
One side at a time then the cross bars?
Or build it in garage then install as a whole unit?

Has anyone spared Line-X one their deflector or side rails? Just wondering how it looking?

    Yes
Don't use LineX, it is awesome stuff but too thick. You would have to completely grind or drill out every hole for every cross bar bolt etc. Same for the deflector, the LineX is too thick and it would not fit back in between the side rails. I have LineX'd my bumpers and sliders and a few other things and I have learned that lesson the hard way too many times.

Hey Jason, thanks for the advice. I was thinking of doing Line-X on the plate bumpers I get. I'll definitely remember that, thanks.
