Not going anything over 65mph. I gave up on gas mileage and go 75 everywhere now and get a constant 14-16mpg.

Sold it for a tipi haha

    see, everything sucks about Texas.

Yep, they all laughed when I said I wanted to build my truck up but still have decent mpg's. Who's laughing now :D.

I'm all over due to wind conditions and how our terrain is. I get anywhere from 15 - 20. Granted I don't know the exact math to calculate it but that's a good educated guess haha. I'd say most fill UPS are around 18.

Probably, I'm just not sure how to factor in the new gear ratio.

I am pretty close to stock though so I doubt my numbers are off by much.

23 more miles... Tires are bigger there for cover more feet per rotation.

Just like how our speedo is 5-10mph slower than actual speed.

    Right ??

Bfg has a tire size difference calculator

then just use that % change and use it for the miles on equation, before calculating with the gallons

Wait. Thought we were figuring up 33"s? I'm confused now lol and smaller tire does spin more but doesn't cover as much ground

It says for offroad use only? Still DOT approved? $1600 for wheels is a little rich for my blood  Nice looking for sure though!

Says they're making their beadlocks DOT approved. Maybe not the exact ones I posted but I'm sure they could make em DOT approved.

Meh. $1,600 for a one time wheel purchase isn't tooooo bad. Gotta pay for quality lol

the confusion, i think, is that the wheel doesn't match the one in the link you posted...nor is there DOT mention and it says off road use only

They are different wheels but made by same company. Pretty sure you'd just have to call and ask which ones for the Tacoma's are DOT approved.

They just posted that today. So maybe they haven't had a chance to update their website yet.

Haha ya. The FRV (Balckdawgs dads truck) had them on since August but they are rated for 6000lbs and his truck is fat. They kept going flat so we are trying them on the reg cab. Assuming they hold up fine I'll be buying them off him. Much better ride already.

Lol, why do you say that? Seems like a good match for me. I can quickly adjust it to the type of wheeling I plan to do.

 99% of this thread needs to turn them in then.
