They should've at least made the double cab a long bed for that price. Always thought the short bed was way too small on a pickup. Especially when you're paying that much.

It's all about what you can get them down to. Past couple of years a lot of people ragged on the TX BAJA for the same reasons, but I paid $31k for my brand new '13 TX Baja. Welded on some sliders and color matched the chrome, no regrets here!

Personally, all I like is the Orange color, and the color match rear bumper. To me the grille looks ugly, and the trd wheels look better in bronze or gunmetal, but hey thats just a Baja owners opinion lol

Probably either factory or aftermarket since all the other slots are already taken.

Might be from an add on security set up. Not stock on a non security equipped Pro. Though I went to check and found there is a red blinking "Tacoma Shaped" light in the area where the clock used to be...goes out by simply inserting the key, so maybe one of those "does this have an alarm" things like I used to have on my Infiniti.

Just checked...the flashing Taco is the Engine Immobilizer warning light

Yes, I'm one of those "people" that paid for a TRD pro. And yes, it was around 40,xxx OTD( $36,xxx MSRP).

I wanted a Tacoma, but yeah, the minivan was dead and the rental car was due back.

What's there to hate? The Pro's are a nice looking truck...then I be a bit biased on that issue. Enjoy it!

That little red light is a funky security alarm setup that is put on the Gulf States Tacomas. I have one on mine.
I went to the dealer to get the install sheet that had how to change the options on it...like the lights staying on for 30 sec when you lock it. I hated that.

least your using the truck and i doubt you paid the crazy markup like what they are trying to get at this dealer.

Problem is i know whoever is going to buy the pro from this dealer in this area is never going to use it for what it was meant for.

That might be true, but not always. There are a lot of people in the Houston area, like me, that have another house in the country....just sayin.

What do you guys think about the 2015 4Runner Pro? I'm trying to convince my wife to buy one for her daily. They are selling at msrp currently and feel the will have an excellent resale value. Thoughts?

Dude get it for her. If I could swing the bill of 2 pro's, I would scoop up the 4runner for my wife. I think they are sick and nicer inside compared to the tacoma.
