Haha..Thanks try my best to keep her clean, hard to since shes white..And she was rolled 6 times by the previous owner who used it as a hunting truck..Grandpa got it for $500 cash..He owns a autobody shop so me and him did body work on her for about a month and thus my first truck was born..Had a recent accident..the studs where rusted on the left hand driver side tire and it came off going down the road mess the fender up bad but you can't tell theres ever been any body damage and it doesn't have a salvage title either :D

Also need ideas on what to do to her, Nothing major but something is better than nothing

I knew you'd love the idea

I'm torn between what I REALLY REALLY want and what I want to pay for. It'll be the first bike of my own so probably an Iron 883 or a used Nightster 1200. Whatever I get, I'm making into a bobber haha

    Reg cab

Window tint and change every bulb to LED. Both are relatively inexpensive and completely change the look/feel of your ride.

    Neither.

LEDs currently are unreliable as fuck and there's a billion companies selling them, they'll be 90% out of business within 2 years and your lifetime/5 year warranty won't mean dick and you'll be stuck with broken LEDs and out $150 for no reason.

HIDs aren't entirely much better IMO, but that's just me. After weighing all the options for myself and looking at the various reputable companies selling almost reputable products, I'm sticking with Silverstar Ultra halogens. I'm happy with my light output/light throw, as well.

This pic shows my bulbs in action, and keep in mind I'm sitting nose high so the throw will actually improve in the foreground slightly when I'm settled to mainly level or a very slight ass high rake. Notice there's no street lights in this area except for 100+ yards away, this is the street off my parents house, and this is a cell phone pic.

I'd run an LED bar and upgraded halogen bulbs WAY before I ever bother fucking with LED bulb replacements/HIDs in any form. LED bars are at least a much more stable unit and $150 (same as LED bulb replacements cost) would get you a 20" bar you can mount in the lower valance. That'll throw a ton of light at the times you really need it, which for me isn't too often.

Sylvania Ultras are $45-55 for a set, so for $200 you're covered in as much as you can be unless you want to race in the desert at WOT.
