I suggest anonymous tips to the Pentagon that certain rigs and refineries in Saudi Arabia are fronts for terrorist groups. That should get supply back under control and fix this mess.

 

About 2 days ago it was $1.64 here.

That's what they are counting on, to spook away any thoughts of this fracking and piping of oil with a crash in the oil price. They are fooling the lefties into believing there is no benefit to the pipeline. When in fact, it is the fear of the pipeline causing this crash in prices by the Arabs.

 

Lucky you. I only get to put real gas when I visit my cousin in Broken Bow, OK. I get like almost 3mpg more when I do get the real stuff.

 

Saw some 87 ethanol for $1.56 in OKC. Premium was still over $2 though.

 

The Arabs may have this planned, oil and more oil frick and frack. Several steel mills have already laid people off because the demand for new piping isn't there because it is no longer profitable for fracking below $50.00 a barrell. Several Canadian wells have closed because the profit isn't there. Then when our supply dwindles so do their's and then the prices go back up.

 

There is no "may", this is well thought out market manipulation. We're the secondary target though, Russia needs $80 a barrel in order to break even as a country. As long as the price is depressed they're slowly going bankrupt. The hope is to stop their expansion through the Ukraine and the rest of the saber rattling they're doing. Russia needs a year round warm water port for their Navy and OPEC doesn't want a Russian sattelite state in their back yard any more than anyone else does.

If they just happen to make it not worth the effort to turn North Dakota into an oil production power house, that's a huge bonus for them.

 

It is all well planned. How long it'll go on is the question. I still see oil pipe trucked nw on hwy.

I paid $1.54 today. Got almost 19 gallons for $29. I did get $0.90 off per gallon for my giant grocery rewards though



And oil is down another $2.50 a barrel today.

Monday I paid $1.669 @ the Kirtland AFB east side Express. That included .05 cents off per gal. for using the Military Star card.

Gas went up yesterday. It was 1.86 and now it's 1.99.
