God fucking dammit!!!!

My left knee is sore as hell today. Can barely walk and certainly not with any speed. Last time this happened to my right knee, 6 weeks of leg brace and crutches..bursitis from hell.

That just sounds like good planning. Keep em all fat so they keep coming back at New Years

 

My GF is not as active and into working out as I am...I was able deal with it for a littel while but it's getting annoying now, need to find one that can keep up!

 

My wife is the same way plus getting jealous b/c I'm getting the results and she isn't..

Best thing I can tell you is just ignore it and do what you do. She'll come around, or she won't..but don't let it ruin your relationship

 

It's a fairly fresh relationship though and I just came out of a 5 year marriage last year...it maybe sounds kinda selfish, but I think I should put myself first now for a while, also don't like people complaining that they are not in shape but then refuse to go to the gym LOL someone ever dated a gym chick on here???

 

I eventually told mine either do it or don't your choice, I'm not pushing you..but if you aren't going to do the work you can't get mad about not liking your current situation. That shut her up somewhat. Maybe try that and see if it works..

And yeah nothing wrong with putting you first.

 

Not really a gym chick, but an old girfriend of mine lost a lot of weight dieting, doing yoga, etc. I had no interest in any of it but always supported her doing it if she wanted to.

My fiancee and I decided to start working out together around 5 years ago. We motivate one another to stay at it. We workout together a lot, which helps both of us stay motivated. It's a pain because we have to change weight out a lot, but it's fun doing it with her. She also has her days where she works out with her friends and I have my days where I do my own thing with my friends, but we try to workout together at least once a week. If she goes to the gym and I don't, I feel like shit and vice versa. Anyway, my advice it to try working out together. Our deal is that she is in charge of cardio and I'm in charge of weight training.

Today is my official last day working at the gym, so we're planning on coming in together 4 days a week in the mornings or afternoons because my days at the Capitol are going to be long. I'm gonna miss the easiness of this job and the atmosphere, but now that I've got a college degree, I gotta chase the cheddar!

Nope, I figured it would show up fairly soon. We have had some snow storms and live down a private road so not sure they will drive to our house unless the roads are good. Hopefully today.

 

My wife is a hardcore gym chick, competitor and personal trainer. She's pretty, lean and very muscular and I fucking love her body.....lol.

 

Ah. I sent some to my Secret Santa, as well; he's in New Jersey and got his today. Just wondering.

 

So the gym the wife is a trainer at is only a 1/4 mile from our house and I get to use it for free. From what we hear it just got sold and rumor has it they are eliminating the gym but nothing confirmed yet.

If it comes to pass I am going to be bummed, it means I will have to probably go to Golds. Home of the posers and big attitudinal bodybuilders. Its like being at a contest but dealing with it every day.

 

There's a golds about 2 miles away that is like that and the one by my house isn't that bad since it's all mostly all older people so they all probably see me as being that guy, lol. However, this summer there is a Las Vegas Athletic Club opening up and it 3x the size of Golds so I'm sure all the meat heads and roid-ragers will be there but I may give it a shot. It's so massive I don't think it could be that bad, especially in the morning when I go.
