I'm running the camburg on mine and I blew the inner boot. I think mine was more of an old boot that really just needed replaced anyway.

 

My axles have been good so far but I don't spend much time in 4wd. It's a lot of work to lock in manual hubs unless I have to because I'm stuck.

 

Yea my passenger side outer is puking big time.

It's not like torn though from what I can see..so not sure what it is. Will have to wait

That's the inner boot. U grind off the stock lip that stock boot mounts on for more droop. Mine lasted over two years...barely a month apart from each other two lol

What about your outers?? That's what appears to be dying on mine

 

i have only blown 1 boot, it was a outer boot. my front sits a little low though to try and save the boots.
but i normally break the axle before i go through the boot. this boot had about a year on it.

if its not torn.... then you need to tighten it more.

if its just leaking grease, you need to clamp it tighter or something.

now this will probably trip some of you out. but i use bailing wire on my cv boots and double it up and i always get it tight. i never have a problem with spitting grease.

i think you may have a pin hole that you cant see.

I'll have to look at it today closer and wipe it off. Couldn't tell exactly but a lot of grease is coming out. I'll clean it up.

do your outer boots have like 5 or 6 fins, or 3?
my outer cvs have the 3 fin boots on them, they are thick. Phoenix rack and axle swapped the 6 fins out with the 3 fin boots, they said they last longer and are thicker.
