Wow, thanks so much for your help. Those tore sizes are A LOT cheaper. I'm liking what I'm reading about the nt850 so far. I would definitely like the diameter so be as close as possible. So 31.4 as opposed to the standard 31.6 is appealing. And the nitto's at $150 a piece on there is very appealing. I can't imagine 3/4" wider would be an issue...

 

Gawd I'm about to put terra grapplers on there.... My wife would be so pissed!

Found a good thread on t4r... The best size to pay on them is 275/55/20. That requires he least modification, and I think there is a decent selection.

Time to research those... You also get .35" taller and almost an inch wider. Speedo off by 1%.

Ya, I mean I guess i spouted off prematurely. There is nothing wrong with the tires, I just feel like 40k miles is kind of bullshit on an SUV tire. But we've never had any trouble out of them...

So with that being said, and the fact that Bridgestone is about the only company that makes a tire in that size, I will gladly pay $50 for 4 tires...

And yes Zack, that's what's currently on there. And there's only like 3 different tires period that I can find in that size. So the fact that I wouldn't have to start worrying about the speedo being off and stuff is definitely a determining factor as well...

Just a though because I don’t about the 4 runner but it maybe off already from the factory. When i went from 265/70r16 to 265/75 it corrected it self and is now 100% correct.(tested it with GPS. I think before i got my Nitto’s it was off like 3mph.)

if you have a GPS test it and see if it’s off or correct.

 

First day of classes down and besides it being 25 and snowing when I left my dorm this morning, it wasn't bad at all. I think this semester is going to be a lot easier than last despite being in calc 1, two engineering physics classes plus an english class.

 

I don't start class until feb 4th

I am however in a month long emt class right now.. We literally just did all of anatomy in an hour...

I got my 3rd day of class tonight. just going over safety stuff this week. I think we start welding monday.
