Are you guys running factory inner boots mostly? My OEM inners fail on me, and wondering if any aftermarket inners hold up better.

Really interested in those lights, let us know how they perform. We already have a pro bar from BD on the TT and it performs flawlessly. I have a dual action BD for my truck but I'm afraid to put it on because people here at the border are thieves!!

I will! I'm excited about them... took lots of back and forth with the manufacturer to get them right. The BD lights are amazing but big $$$. I know that rigid makes an anti-theft kit for their lights, you might try looking into that! Or a few tack welds here and there might keep the riff raff at bay...
Should hopefully see the lights in my hand mid next week.

    heres another pic

Ya those have been around for a while. Their 42" throws just as much light as a 50" Rigid spot/flood. All the farmers run them on their tractors here, chinese light bars for days on tractors, it's pretty comical. They used to be called BD Desgins, but for some reason that didn't work out to well for them...

I got anti-theft bolts from McMaster Carr already, still don't trust people. I'll probably make a weld on bracket with recessed mounts and the anti-theft bolts flush mounted so there's absolutely no way to get em out without the key.

    Here's the link, http://www.mcmaster.com/#94066a537/=vd8pya
BD sells a kit for $20 with two bolts with the spanner key. I spent those same $20 for 25 bolts and two keys. So if anyone is interested check these out. They have tamper proof nuts too.

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
    Thanks.

Mine are the outers on both sides. The new one I put on about a year ago I think lasted about 7 months before it tore in the valley between the 1st and 2nd rib in from the outside.

    PM a price on a 50" and a 20" if possible??
