I feel your pain. I went through the same thing at the old house, garage was too small to get the truck in. Now, of course, my 2 car is full of crap and I am still working in the driveway.

since the company is just starting out we are taking anything that comes our way, so right now its all the stuff no one else wants = outside work, bay work, island work etc etc

we had one job lined up, sub trades all set up and quoted, and then the designer pulled out and changed everything. so we had to drop that one
