you guys do realize this is the same tacoma just with a new front clip right? how can you be ok with this? after 10 years of the 2nd gen this is what they do?

i sold my 2012 thinking i was unloading it at max resale in anticipation of the "brand new" tacoma and they pull this shit?

I'm sure it will have updates interior... based on the existing one!
I'm sure it will have an updated engine... the 4runner V6! same engine as tacoma with different top end, barely more HP and mpg
I'm sure the drivetrain will be updated... to the 4 runner one, its just software!

this is major bullshit form toyota if everything I'm looking at it seem to be what i think it is, I'm sorry.

I wouldn't consider myself a hater. I don't think the Colorado looks bad.

Ain't broke, don't fix it. What else could they have changed?

Perhaps the photos that looked shopped showed something Toyota didn't want released and they had to edit them.

No, these are real pics. Motor Trend doesn't post all the photo-shopped BS I see on this thread.

To me it just looks like flex, look at the angle of how it's parked on the hill. Could be wrong though

Rear window and doors are shaped differently then the current model.

Yes...but is it bigger? I don't think so. I think they made a few small changes on the doors but the cab is the same. Unless they release dimensions showing the truck is actually a different size. I don't think it is.

No, I was right. It's total flex, they didn't photoshop it

See the angle that it's parked?

See the little black circles on the rear bumper? Backup sensors?

    Definitely backup sensors.

To bad, but in this picture you can see if does NOT have a power rear window. And being the limited trim, you can assume it is not an option on any trim level.

I really don't think this is a complete redesign, which kinda stinks. Was hoping for one. However, they did do more than the Tundra refresh in 2014 though. I really need to see the new specs under the hood but overall I like it. It is the same size (seemingly) which is good because I like the current size.
