    Word of advice...just claim through your insurance company and let them go after the person that hit you. Been through this crap twice last year.

    Good excuse to get a set of the "retrofitted" tail lights from TRS Andrew...would look sick on your rig!

    Always trolling :cool: Yep, installed the Method beadlocks and a snorkel right before I left the states...duty calls! Haven't even had a chance to wheel the rig since all of the changes.:( Being gone I'm stacking the cheddar for 4.88's, lockers and SUA/Bedcage w/ 16x2.5 bypasses and bumps.

    I fell in love with those methods as well but like the asshole you are you have pretty much robbed my dream set up to the letter.

    I'm not sure if I hate you or am thankful for building my dream truck and letting me see that my idea is as fantastic as I imagined.

    6 inch Douche Bag lift...what else do I need?
    Working on a skid to go over the cross member braces on my Pro Comp lift. I'm thinking of tying it in to the drop bracket holes and running it just past the rear braces. It would also use the side brace bolts for support. See solidworks screenshot.

    3/16 plate would bring the weight to about 35 lbs. 1/8 plate is about 25 lbs. What do you think?

    Roger that. Over the struts. The sides of the skid would go outside the struts and use the mounting bolts to secure the sides of the skid....

    Why not just remove the struts and replace with a solid skid?
    I've also considered a welded option to strengthen that like a sub frame connector vs those ugly ass struts.
