Thanks for the info. You are already performing toward the high end of the EPA estimates, despite your heavy loads and new engine. You'll have to work at it to see very big gains, but there is already a lot of good advice in this thread.

And I'll just leave this little gem from your other post...

Not knowing about the search feature on this site is one thing, but being too damn lazy to type 'suspension' and hit enter is just a new kind of laziness

I get 15-17 MPG and I am totally fine with that.

I bought this truck to be an offroad/highway mix vehicle, Not a sit low car.

Also you should have bought a V8 full size with all the weight you're hauling around.

Those get better mileage and can power you around town with even more weight than you are hauling currently.

These Tacoma's work best with empty seats and unloaded bed.

This is why I have a car and truck. I need to go for a long road trip, take the car and get 30mpg's. Wanna wheel, take the truck and get 18mpg's.

Thanks for the actual assistance those that have useful information. I will look more into this Icon and King brands, those I have never heard of.

I didn't actually come to a forum to get tech advice, just names of manufacturer's that I can contact to get an expert's advice. (clearly most people's expertise here is similar to mine, being clueless and a jerk)

Hopefully nobody thought that I would actually "learn" technical jargon on this site, just contact names for manufacturer's that deal with Tacoma products.
