Not sure if anybody can help me or not, I've also searched and haven't found great results. But tonight, before heading to the gym, I started up the truck and turned the lights on like normal. Noticed the back lighting on the gauge cluster along with any interior lights that usually come on did not. I still have all the warning and indicator lights still functioning but nothing else. Also, upon arriving at the gym, I check the fuses and they all checked out ok. When I went to lock the truck, the tail lights did not flash like they normally do. This led me to realize my rear running lights aren't working either. I'm going to investigate in the am when I have some sunlight, but has anyone else run into anything like this?

Do you have a trailer harness?

start at on end and work your way through the wiring system. Don't jump around. Makes it much easier to trouble shoot. I would check grounds look for pinched or cut wires to start. Electrical problems can be a pain in the azz.

Thanks to all for the advice/suggestions. I went through the fuse block and found that there were a few fuses blown including the trailer harness. (strange that it had happened though.) But in the panic I also went around the truck and found a few exposed wires that were just waiting to cause trouble.

Or did cause trouble. Good that those were found, they could have continued to sack the whole system, if they were the culprit. If you all of a sudden start popping multiple fuses,,get up close and friendly with the wiring. Winter time is hard on the ground contacts around here.
