My 265's rubbed every so slightly when I was at stock height. I took a heat gun to the mudflaps and bent them in a little bit in the middle where it rubbed.

Sorry, no pics. Just hit it with a heat gun and pat it wearing a leather work glove until it doesn't bulge out so much. It doesn't create all that much extra room, but it was just the little bit I needed. Hopefully it works for you too!

Look at your key. There is a dot or other tell tale things on it. Look at his thread. PM him if you need. Great to deal with so far.

Thanks Bro... I noticed I have the "G" on my key..:D Saw his site and emailed him some questions and you're right...he responded almost immediately. The FOB programming seems straight forward, but wondering if any place can cut a Toyota key? Never had a vehicle key cut before...:D

If you take it to Home Depot, or anyplace for that matter. Most places will NOT charge you since you brought your own blank. Just be courteous and use your manners. Us color matched bumpers got to stik together! :p

Yes. I have the 'DOT' on mine. Removed the chip long ago. Helps if and when I loose the keys or my children are in the truck and want to have the vehicle 'on' I know that they cannot go anywhere and still be able to use all the electronics. At this point in their lives, they have grown out of and know now, that the truck is not a toy. It is a tool. SO getting one of these will still command the same respect they have for the truck.

Here is where my keys are at currently. chip is elsewhere and never in the same place unless the ignition is on.

Eh Rick... Got one of those keys .City mill, Aloha Key and another known lock smith in Kaimuki wouldn't cut the keys because didn't buy keys from them. Another wanted 150.00 to cut and program chip. Ended up taking it to one on Republic St. off of Nimitz, forgot the name. He charged me 100.00 to cut and program. Just gave up looking and just went to him.
Im sure if I looked around might have had a better deal but gave up looking.
Might want to call around before buying. Good to not have to carry around the extra fob remote.

I have mine mounted behind my satoshi with the BAMF setup. It's nice and sturdy. Here is the link to my install, let me know if you have questions.
