Haha yep, Nike. He went on about keeping the core tight and that you need to make sure to protect your back when lifting heavy. Pretty sure he is starting to train people for money too. I felt so bad for the young kid he was with.

I wear compression underwear on leg day but that's about it. I have compression pants but that's for when I use to run in the winter. We have people here that wear compression everything, all the weight lifting accessories, the big ass beatz headphones, etc.

Only thing I wear a belt for is heavy deadlifts and squats

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Folks kill me. I wear regular old gym shorts, a t-shirt, and Nike's. People get way into the fashion aspect of the gym haha.

Did upper b this morning. My first day working out without actually being an employee there was kind of liberating. I put my headphones in and ignored everyone around me…It was nice.

Sometimes I feel like I am under dressed to workout. You would think college kids would have better things to spend their money on.

Haha no kidding. The only thing I spend money on for the gym is my shoes. I am a Nike snob :anonymous: I'm not one of the idiots that stand in line for shoes or anything (I've only got 2 pair lol), but I love Nike's; they fit my feet perfectly. I get the knockoff Nike soccer shorts from Academy and just wear old t-shirts I've fashioned into tank tops…gotta show off the goods.

Folks that wear the compression pants/shirt/headgear, wrist wraps, belts, gloves, & Beats headphones look like fools.

I have compression pants for mountain biking when cold so I don't get caught up in the chain...

I was just about to say, unless you're outdoors doing some shit in the cold or something, there's no need for compression clothing. I wore the hell out of under armor heat/cool gear in high school for sports when it was extremely hot/cold outside, but the gym is 68 degrees…there's no need for that shit haha.

All my gym shorts and pants are from like 2 years ago with the exception of some UnderArmour shorts I got on sale and my vans. I do wear all new shirts though. Finally got some for Xmas that fit seeing as how I can't comfortably fit in my tiny ass mediums anymore, lol

Compression shorts under shorts every workout here too. Keeps the boys from wondering around. And pants on DL day since I have a tendency to bash my shins.

I have looked into the underwear-type compression shorts just to keep from bruising my nuts when they flop around and to absorb the swamp ass.

I didn't think about putting sleeves on; I bet they'd pull the shit out of your hair without compression pants on. I just wear sweatpants on dl days lol
