Just bulbs, stock headlights. Low beams. 25-30 yards from the car.

Not worth waiting for the computer to boot up. Watched the whole thing on my phone.

It was a wild ride, if you like cinema and/or like Tarantino, Reservoir Dogs is a must see. I don't know why i waited so many years

 Glad I've got you fooled!
    I'm planning on it
Mason's got my back. Thanks AR

Sorry Jon! Did not see this until you posted just now. I was under the truck all day doing maintenance and didn't think to catch up.

Mkay, why did I buy the sliders?
Firstly, I have never liked the look of step bars at all. Tried, couldn't, and I really really need a step so people can actually get into the truck.
Secondly, step bars are 300+ and add shipping... These were $230 shipped, bolt on. Can't beat that price on my budget build and they are every bit as thick as the top fabricators.
So they look better, cost less, actually protect from door dings, and if I ever come down hard on something, I'm protected.
As for me putting them to use on my open dif prerunner.... That's hurtful, Jon, but I'll answer anyway. First, I will never wheel alone, so if 2WD leaves me stuck, I'll be out in a few minutes. I am planning to add a Detroit TrueTrac to the diff to beef it up. Now before you ask, let's compare it to an ARB....

The TT is $500 where the ARB once setup I believe is around $1200.
The TT will provide a slightly safer drive on icy and snow roads, where a locker will be turned off.
The only disadvantage I see the TT having.. is when one wheel is in the air and the other won't spin, in which case I need only tap the brakes/ebrake to get both wheels to spin.
Lastly, I think if I get stuck with a good LSD(unlike OEM)... I would have gotten stuck with a locker.

So incase you didn't know, I plan to go wheeling more often. A better question would be what do I plan on doing with highway tires ;)

Me, upset? No you actually worded your first post pretty well, especially with all the butthurt in these teen threads
Come on now, the only thing that will upset me is if you didn't read my conclusions! I find it hard to believe you agree with everything.
And who the hell is Nosam

You need steps so people can "actually" get in? How high is this fucker?

Jon imagine yours a couple inches higher. I'm only lifted 2.5" and on 31.6" tires but my short friend and dad can't get in very quickly, and they're the majority of my passengers.

It probably doesn't help that everyone was used to this truck being as low as an x runner.
