    I posted in the dehydrator thread, but I'm getting some venison from my moms co-worker. Do you happen to have a good venison jerky marinade recipe? I have a good one for beef, but I think it would overpower the mildness of venison.

    If I can make it in time I'm going to be picking up 6 lbs of bottom round from the meat market tomorrow too :D

    Hm. Alright cool. Haha I've had venison burgers that had a lot of flavor but all the venison jerky and sausage I've had is always pretty mild so I just wanted to make sure!

    I bought some flannel lined jeans the other day for $18. They're awesome. It's been sub-20 degrees here all this week and they're surprisingly warm.

    No doubt. I had a pair of flannel lined Carhartt double knee work pants and they were amazing on cold days. I don't remember who put the flannel in for me, but so nice when they were needed.

    I have a love hate relationship with thermals.

    Nice. I love my carhartt pants. They're not flannel though, just the work dungarees. I've beat them to hell and back and they still look almost brand new though.
