I remember when I would go at nights and I loved Fridays and Saturdays cause there is never anyone there. Now Friday and Sunday are my off-days. Saturday's aren't too bad as long as I get there before 8 or 9am.

Smashing legs and then driving 4 hours. This should be a blast.

Nice! What was Lynch's 225 combine #? I thought he'd be in the 30's. Dude is huge. I think I give out around 10 :anonymous:

headed back to the gym to die...todays workout, the new program volume is murdering me haha

    Workout of the Day
    A.
Every minute, on the minute, for as many minutes as possible…
    Push Press x 1 rep
    *Minute 1 – 155/105 lbs
    *Minute 2 – 165/110 lbs
    *Minute 3 – 175/115 lbs
    *Minute 4 – 185/120 lbs
    *Minute 5 – 195/125 lbs
…and so on until you fail an attempt. No second chances, you must stick the first attempt or you terminate the set and you’re done.
    B.
    Two sets for times:
    Run 400 Meters
95/65 lb Shoulder to Overhead x 25 reps
    Rest 3 minutes
Play with two different techniques: (1) Push Press; and (2) Power Jerk. Work on the rhythm of the cycling.
    C.
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
    Back Squat
    *Set 1 – 6 reps @ 65%
    *Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
    *Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
    *Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%
    *Set 5 – 3-5 reps @ 85%
All percentages based off of best successful 1-RM established on December 8, 2014 – if you were following the program.
    D.
    For time:

Im really starting to like benching, before it was just tedious work like "why the fuck do i have to do this and why don't i just squat" but now it's just fun. finding out weak points and getting way stronger. im hoping to bench 405 by the end of this year.

Just curious, but I assumed a full rep was complete extension when going back up. I have long arms and I completely touch my chest then back up to full extension each time. Just wondering for competition wise as I noticed you wouldn't fully extend each time. Not trying to hate because I could not do that at all and it's damn impressive.

No hate taken, my rom will slack when trying to get pumped up and trying to hurry, doesn't help that I'm only running on 2 cups of coffee. If I took some good pre work out I might get that extra inch or two. One thing I have seen in the combine drill is guys bouncing, and I absolutely will not, just can't bring myself to bounce 225 off my chest piece.

    So aching..

Got back on the treadmill for the first time since Sunday..left knee had been so sore I couldn't walk right. Had to slow my speed down half a mile and was aching in 10 minutes. I forced myself to do 30 minutes and I'm paying for it now. Fucking piece of shit knee..cold weather gave me a little bursitis.

Lifted for 40 minutes after..feeling like a slug for not hitting it last night so I really pushed myself there, skipped leg curls because the knee wasn't liking the leg lift.

Worked out to THC's "Peacemaker" and Down's "NOLA"..much as I think Phil Anselmo is a royal scumfuck, I love his music..Bury Me In Smoke was the one I did hammer curls to and did 50 per arm at 20 pounds, a personal best

This might be weird but other than you guys, it is so hard to actually find guys that really lift in real life to talk about lifting nutrition ect, literally none that i can find.
