no. i dont drink. well very rarely. its been probably 5 months.

i have always gotten them my entire life, when i was younger about 2 times a week, (not real severe but bad enough to lay in bed all day/night and hate life)

up to 6 months ago, i would get minor ones every once and a while. and ones that are so bad i cant walk, talk, and im just puking from pain from the headache. i would get those real bad ones about once a month.

in the last couple months, i have had a migrane ALMOST every single day, not super super bad, but enough to hate life. i havent puked from one in 6 months but ive had pretty much a consecutive migrane the whole time.

im so tired of it.
i went to the eye doctor yesterday, i do need glasses and i ordered them.
but i barely need glasses. my up close vision isnt the greatest, and im on a computer ALL day long.

 

I have a handle of fireball that says different

 

i pray it takes my head aches away.

 

I have had the same issues and after the doctor gave up trying to find a reason, his answer was to medicate and I walked out. I later found out that my back was causing the migranes because it was tweaked and ever since getting adjusted and a little bit of therapy, no more migranes! Apparently all the warehouse work in my life caused some serious issues with my back even though I really didn't have any pain in the back.

I feel your pain man. I've been suffering from migraines most of my life and as I get older they are less frequent but when I do that then they set me on my ass for an entire day. My best tips are the following :

Lots of caffine
Keep cool
Wear a motorcycle helmet. ( I know this sounds weird but the compression on your head plus the reduction of sound and how dark it gets really helped me with migraines)
Lay down while wearing helmet and breathe slow for an hour or so. Then go for a very slow walk after.

Typically I'll throw up once or twice when I go for my slow walk but after that I usually feel a hell of a lot better if not fully cured. If you can find it excedrin migraine is the most amazing thing ever but I think they quit making it a year ago. Otherwise load up on some pain pills aspirin and lots of caffeine.
