There's one guy at work I can talk with but that's it. And even with him it's different cause he's got a good 70lbs and 5" on me (I'm 6ft and 190) so I'm no where near his lift numbers or nutrition regimen. We talk about different types of lifts but he eats to power lift while I'm trying to eat to gain lean mass.

well look who decided to show up

That's how I was for the LSAT…I was like:

"okay, the test is 2 months away, Monday I'm gonna hit the books hard."

"Okay, seriously, at one month out, I'm gonna do it."

"Shit, the test is in 2 days."

    Zero self-discipline

Very true. I've got lots of friends who lift, but none who take nutrition seriously as I do. I just made my fiancee an IIFYM diet and she follows it, but I have no one in real life to actually discuss things with. Thank god for my TW bros

Now that I've said how devoted to nutrition I am, last night a big group of us went out for my b-day (Which technically isn't until Sunday) and I ate like shit. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. I was drinking and was trying to be sensible and got a vodka and cranberry juice, but then the waiter brought out the beer menu and I fell off the wagon big time. The place we were at had a lot of craft beers and I got something called an Evil Twin Moltov Cocktail that was 13% ABV and 390 calories lol. After that, we stopped and got a case of Michelob Ultras and my friends and I got drunk and played Assassin's Creed all night. I probably consumed about 5000 calories total yesterday :anonymous:

Unfortunately today, I'm doing it all over again haha. I'm going to another bar with some friends tonight, which I'm sure won't end well.

But before I started my cut this week, I knew this weekend was gonna be bad. Hell, it's my birthday haha. Plus, I officially start my new job on Monday, so I'm looking at this weekend as my final chance to get all my partying and bad eating and drinking out before the cut gets serious.

Dude...... So true. 2 guys at work talk about it all the time... It's annoying it hurts... Neither of them have gotten any stronger or lost any weight or made any muscle gains, one guy did a little...

They talk about doing triceps for ONE DAY 2 hours long... then biceps the next day... then chest... Brilliant idea training the little muscles before the large muscles. No wonder it is that you don't gain

Oh and they do SOME leg exercises throughout the weekdays... There is no real leg day, such small legs.

Went in for legs this morning with the fiancee. She made me do cardio beforehand…I thought my heart was gonna explode, but I got my 12 minute mile down to 9:30. We did 2 mins at 6 mins and 1 min at 7 mins for a mile

Time to go eat/drink bad for the rest of the day!

I went this morning and was not motivated when I got there. I did 3x10 on front squats and DL's to get pumped up a little and it worked but at the end of my 2nd set of front squats my left knee started getting a slight pain.

Iv had 2 pairs of insoles custom made for hundreds of dollars and they blow. I have bad feet, there super short and wide as fuck with no arch and pronate in a bit. Best insoles iv used are just the cheap powersteps that are like 20-30 bucks that are pretty rigid and blue but make sure they have the heel cup.

Edit there these, get em they rock got rid of my plantar fasciitas or however u spell it
