So I had my truck for a year now and I bought it 2nd hand. It's a 2010. I was wondering if it's still possible to debadge it without leaving the the outline of the emblem from sun damage. Ohh and plus I live in Hawaii and the trucks been in Hawaii all its life.

Should be fine. I had a 99 corolla that I debadged after years of being in the sun, rain, snow, salt and god knows what else. Buffed it out afterwards and it was perfect. No fading.

If its is a dark color I might be weary. 2010 isn't that old and the side don't catch us much fade as the roof and hood due to the angle. But its your call, if the truck has any fade spots or oxidization I would leave them and plastidip instead

    Hi Dave

Although, I would have to agree with above. The color would play a role on where to proceed from here. What color is it OP?

Take one off first. One that might look kind cool if fade shade is there.
