Hey all, I've been absent for a while on here working some stuff out. Just bought a '15 4 Runner since the wife stole my Tacoma as her own. My plan is to start building it out this summer for overland use.

How long do you guys plan on riding the trails? Some good games tomorrow. Are the trails appropriate to bring a 4yo?

Peters Mill Run is an 8 mile trail that takes about 2-3 hours to run since it's so bumpy. Last time we stopped a few miles in at a lake and took a brake and enjoy the scenery. I'm still waiting to see if my brother is interested in going but if we do go we'll leave around 10am get there around 1115 or so and head back home around 3 I guess.

Definitely appropriate for kids. Nothing really dangerous, just mostly a scenic bumpy ride through the mountains. :)

Look on your battery under the hood. I might have left those little black and yellow scissors there.

Anyone in the area do sidework or no a shop I can get some rock sliders installed? Traded my nerf bars for trail gear sliders and looks like they require drilling or to be welded on.

I'll have to check in the morning.

Also, anyone that knows electrical stuff. What's better for basic automotive wiring for things like gauges and switches. 22 or 20 gauge wiring?

Either is fine. I would do 20 though due to it being slightly larger and less likely to break if you accicdently pull to hard if it gets snaged

Hey man, probably not going to make it out today, there are some good games on. I'm definitely interested in the next one though and should have the new lift on.

Cool, my brother couldn't make it either. Next weekend is the last available time for me before the trails close for winter.

Well I guess not technically until I get my license switched over, but I'm moving to Arlington to be closer to work next weekend and my lease starts tomorrow
