    Can of tomato, chicken, sausage (your choice) I like spicy but kielbasa would be great too. Onion, and spinach, and yes the sweet potatoes make it all come together. After a while the sweet potato breaks down and thickens the stew. salt and pepper to taste. :p
    Edit: almost forgot the most important part about a cup of apple cider.
